A new family foundation tool — how are you doing?

Designed to improve the effectiveness of family foundations The National Center for Family Philanthropy has recently released a tool that measures a foundation's view on how it currently operates and what it aspires to. Only NCFP-trained consultants are allowed to use the tool - and I was happy to be invited to be one of them.
